Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of PrepCelerator’s website and practice application. In short: the account is yours, the practice content is ours, and neither of us should misuse the other’s side of that.

1. About this service

PrepCelerator (“the Service”) provides adaptive practice questions, progress tracking, and AI-generated explanations for students preparing for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who may use it

The Service is intended for students in Class 11 and 12 and other exam aspirants. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You may sign up with an email and password or with a Google account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Don’t share one account between several students — your mastery data is only meaningful if it reflects one person.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute questions, solutions, or explanations;
• share your account with others or attempt to access another user’s account;
• attempt to bypass, probe, or disrupt the Service’s security, rate limits, or grading logic;
• access the application by automated means outside normal use of the interface;
• use the Service for anything unlawful.

5. Content and intellectual property

Questions are either originally authored for PrepCelerator or reproduced from published examination papers, and each is recorded as one or the other. This material remains the property of PrepCelerator or its licensors and is provided for personal study; it may not be redistributed, resold, or republished. You keep ownership of the content you create, such as your tasks and rough work, and grant us permission to store and process it in order to operate the Service.

6. AI-generated explanations

Some explanations and weekly summaries are produced by third-party AI models. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not a substitute for your textbooks, teachers, or official exam material. Always verify anything that matters. We are not liable for reliance on AI-generated content.

7. No guarantee of results

Practice on the Service does not guarantee any particular exam score, rank, or admission outcome. Analytics such as mastery scores and readiness signals are estimates derived from your activity, not predictions of exam performance. PrepCelerator is not affiliated with the NTA or with any coaching institute.

8. Plans and payment

New accounts include one month of free access to every feature, with no payment details required at signup. After that, continued access is intended to require a Pro subscription, priced at ₹2,499 per year. Billing is not yet enabled, so no charge can be taken automatically and no payment method is held. If and when paid plans go live, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before you are charged, and your existing practice history, mastery and tasks carry over.

9. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may update these Terms — material changes will be communicated in the app, and continued use after that means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
